Applications for 2026 will be available starting January 5, 2026.

Once your completed application and required documents are received your application will enter the queue based on Priority and date/time. It can take up to 60 to 90 days to process. Do not try to contact us about your status if your application is still in this time frame. It is essential you continue to pay your bills until you have heard from us. A disconnection notice does not move you ahead of other applications in queue. To ensure your application is processed as quickly as possible, please ensure you have completed, signed, dated and attached all required documents.
